IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING!
You cannot transfer your registration for one course to another course.
You cannot transfer your registration to another person.
All cancellations must be made no later than 25 working days before the start of the registered training course. If your cancellation is sought 20 days before the start of the training course, full payment will be refunded.
We will only accept cancellations that are made in writing.
Along with registering for a course, you pay a deposit which is half of the total of the course fee, to reserve your spot in class, ordering training kit and material and paying all regal fees and royalties. If you cancel your course in less than 20 working days before the starting date of the training course, your deposit is not refundable (50% of the purchased course).
Students may reschedule their training and move to a different course date. However, any rescheduling or cancellation should not be later than 10 working days before the start of the registered training course. Otherwise, it results in a forfeit of the deposit.
About any materials that the Golden Pulse Academy may provide for the classes, students should keep confidential all know-how, commercial and financial information.
It is an extraordinary commitment to bringing this unique experience to our students and, therefore after starting date of the workshops/classes, all payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, late fees, and full payments. The ONLY exception to this policy is if Golden Pulse must cancel the course in its entirety for any reason in which case Golden Pulse will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.
9. Payment options:
Online – Pay by credit card or PayPal: Payment can be made using your PayPal account or an authorized credit card on our website. Payment receipts will be emailed to all purchasers at the provided email address within two (2) hours in electronic format.
Invoice – Pay by credit card or PayPal: You can contact Golden Pulse and request an official invoice with a payment link to pay by credit card, PayPal, or by posting a check.
